For over a decade Chef Lauren has made thousands of macarons and taught hundreds of people how to make them. You will learn countless tips and tricks along the way to simplify this very technical process.

We will make French Macarons together from start to finish. The class is LIVE so you can ask questions along the way. The ingredients, tools and equipment are very important. Please reach out prior to class with any questions. The class will be recorded, so you can watch when its most convenient for you.

After registering, you will get a confirmation email that contains the Zoom meeting log-in information along with a grocery list and instructions on how to prepare ingredients and equipment so you can bake along with us. You will receive a copy of all the recipes prior to class.

You must register in advance via Eventbrite. One sign-up covers one device. Payments for Breaking the Mold live stream classes are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else, but we are unable to refund fees and all payments are final.
